Visitor Information
London's first copper distillery for 189 years, Sipsmith was launched in June 2009 with two signature drinks, London Dry Gin and Barley Vodka. The Hammersmith distillery was formerly the micro brewery for a local pub and latterly the offices of whisky writer Michael Jackson. It now houses Prudence, the bespoke, German-designed, 300-litre copper still that produces Sipsmith spirits. For more information go to www.sipsmith.com.
