Described as "one of the East End's most exciting new galleries" by the Daily Telegraph in January 2008, the Nettie Horn gallery has now firmly established itself in the art world. Debbie Lawson's optical illusion sculptures may be displayed one month, or Sinta Werner's architectonic installations the next. Sometimes the space is loaned to guest curators and artists not represented by the gallery are invited to take part in temporary exhibitions like the 'Neighbourhood Watch' exhibition in 2007. Whatever is on, it's always worth coming by for a look - and leave time to explore the numerous other niche galleries in the area.
