Set up by actress Kate Hudson and dancer Stephanie Burrows, POPfit's boutique UK studio includes the UK's first Fabletics store and can be found on Sidworth Street in London Fields, Hackney. In a beautifully designed, three-floor, 3,000 square foot space, Popfit showcases Burrows's signature dance workout, with no weights or equipment. Instead there are sprung floors inspired by the dance facilities Burrows had at Ballet Rambert on the South Bank where she trained. Every day classes include jumping jacks, boxing, body pops and planks while POPfit Power is a HIIT class that's all about getting the heart rate up through intense body weight work and cardio training.
