Part of the London Overground orbital railway, Surrey Quays Station in Rotherhithe connects this part of south east London with Shoreditch High Street and Clapham Junction. The Surrey Quays to Clapham Junction route opened on 9th December 2012, taking passengers via Queens Road Peckham, Peckham Rye, Denmark Hill, Clapham High Street and Wandsworth Road before arriving at Clapham Junction, completing the orbital route around the capital.
