Hotels near Isla

Sitting on the ground floor of The Standard London hotel, Isla is the latest venture from chef Adam Rawson, who trained under Nuno Mendes before working as head chef at Lucky Chip and Pachamama. One of two venues within the hotel headed up by Rawson - the other being the Double Standard bar - the all-day restaurant takes inspiration from Britain's island geography with a strong focus on coastal cuisine, light proteins and seasonal British produce accompanied by a menu of natural wines. The interior comes courtesy of Shawn Hausman, who has created a bold aesthetic with contrasting patterns, indoor foliage and a variety of textures and fabrics, including fluffy feature walls. While the indoor space is warm and inviting, the outdoor space with a retractable awning is ideal for summer al fresco dining.
