The Natural History Museum opens its doors after hours to adventure-seeking children as they offer a chance to find out what really goes on overnight in a museum. Dino Snores lets kids aged 7 to 11 spend the evening in the fascinating exhibits before trying to sleep the night in the Central Hall, with the prehistoric creatures towering nearby. Thrilling activities include a torch-lit tour of the dinosaurs gallery, a creative Christmas-decoration-making workshop, festive treats and an educational science show about winter animals, presented by a Museum scientist. At midnight, it's time to settle down in Hintze Hall and sleep under the watchful gaze of Hope the blue whale. In the morning, breakfast is served bright and early and the children will get to experience a live animal show before waving goodbye to the Museum when it opens to the public.
