Angeletti's focus is on delicious Italian cuisine which showcases the natural flavours of simple, authentic ingredients seen in signature dishes like a yin and yang of salmon, wild rice with langoustine and a dry martini and truffle sauce, and chocolate, orange and olive oil dessert.
