The act of sending the booking confirmation number is contractual acceptance.
If you book online you will receive a booking confirmation number by email within 12 hours after your online booking is completed.
If you book over the telephone, you will receive a booking confirmation number via your chosen means of communication.
When you pay
You pay at the time of purchase and your credit card is debited by Arrival when or shortly after you press the "Reserve Tickets" icon.
Your obligations if you do not receive a booking confirmation voucher
If your chosen means of receiving booking confirmation is by email (you have no choice if you book online) and you do not receive a booking confirmation number within 12 hours after your online booking is completed, it is your responsibility to immediately contact us on customerservice@LondonTown.com or by telephone on 44 (020) 7437 4370.

It is your responsibility to check that the information contained in our confirmation email or letter is correct and to immediately contact us on customerservice@LondonTown.com or by telephone on 44 (020) 7437 4370, if any of the details are not correct.
The terms on which you contract
Arrival may provide you with a set of their own terms and conditions after you have placed your booking with them. London Marketing has endeavoured to reflect Arrival's main terms and conditions herein but shall not be liable to you for any omission or failure to have done so.
To the extent that Arrival's terms and conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, Arrival's terms and conditions shall prevail.
Cancelling your booking
Cancellations are not permitted, but the Pass is valid for one year from the start date.
Lost or stolen Passes
No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen Passes.
Our liability to you
To the maximum extent permitted by law, London Marketing shall not be liable to you for any injury, delay, damage, loss, expense, inconvenience or otherwise suffered as a consequence of anything, howsoever caused, in connection with your Pass, in particular, any (i) closure or change in opening times of a Pass attraction; (ii) deficiencies in service, deficiencies in quality of merchandise, and/or deficiencies in health and safety standards concerning a Pass attraction or a Pass service; (iii) acts done or omitted to be done or otherwise by a Pass attraction and/or Pass service provider; and/or (iv) third party acts or omissions at a Pass attraction or in the provision of a Pass service.
To the extent that London Marketing is held liable, London Marketing's liability shall not exceed the value of the goods and/or services contracted for.
Complaints in relation to your use of the Pass
All and any complaints or claims for redress must be made directly to the Pass venue or Pass service provider concerned.
And Another term
Obligation to comply with foreign laws
You shall comply with all laws of the country in which you are physically located and which apply to you when entering into the contract with Arrival, including without limitation consumer law and export control laws and regulations.
Data protection and you
London Marketing is the data controller of your data. London Marketing is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and London Marketing complies with the DPA in all our dealings with your personal data.
When entering into a contract with Arrival, you consent to London Marketing processing your personal data to the extent necessary to ensure that Arrival can supply to you the Pass. This processing will include, but not be limited to, passing on your personal information to Arrival for the purposes of enabling them to provide to you a Pass. London Marketing makes no representation or warranties, and shall not be liable to you in the event that Arrival is not registered under the DPA and/or does not comply with the DPA in their dealings with your personal data.
Rights of Third Parties
These Terms do not create any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 ("Act") which are enforceable by any person who is either not a party to them or who is not Arrival.
Pass holders accept and hereby acknowledge that that any Pass attraction is visited and any Pass service is used voluntarily and entirely at the Pass holder's own risk.
The Pass may only be used by its signatory.
The Pass is not valid for same-day return visits to any venue.
Opening times of attractions which the Pass covers will fluctuate from time to time and Pass users must first verify attraction opening times with the attraction concerned prior to visiting it.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
Where relevant, you may print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
If any part of these terms and conditions is held unenforceable, that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties, and the terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
