Staff went out of their way to help at the Hilton Green Park and it really made a difference: “When we arrived early we invited to go to the bar area and have coffee. When we went to pay for coffee and scones were told it was not necessary” one guest was delighted to find. “Very helpful” staff “could not have been nicer”; helping with an early dinner due to a theatre reservation and arranging a taxi were just two examples of this. “Overall” the hotel offers good “value for money”. Only a couple of points to note: “If you are a light sleeper request a room that isn't on the street side.” Though that may well mean you miss out on any kind of a view at least you will avoid the “Constant taxis driving by at ALL hours of the night (lots of casinos nearby).”

We were there on New Years Eve. In the bar at
midnight all people in there were given free
Champaigne. This was a very nice touch.  |

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is lovely. The
location is great for exploring london and even though i stayed on
new years eve which was quite busy it was not as loud as i had
expected. |

Great location, excellent breakfast, but room was
very dreary (Room 101). The showerhead needs
fixing to stop it rotating and pointing to the wall ! |
