Hotel was excellent...accommodations were very modern, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for attractions and theatre. Easy access to Underground. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very nice but space felt a bit cramped when hotel is full. But overall, would stay there again and will tell friends the same.

A wonderful hotel with a magical feel as soon as you enter. We only stayed for one night on a business trip but wish we could have stayed longer.
The staff are always welcoming and simply cannot do enough for you to make your stay perfect.
Wonderful hotel, fantastic experience and will be back although for leisure.

ALL the hotel staff were lovely. EVERYONE
knew, at EVERY level, that I was allergic to
garlic. Even when we sat down to dinner the
waiter greeted me with this fact. Wonderful? Well
NO actually...There wasn't one thing that did not
have garlic in it on the menu and as a vegetarian
little choice anyway. Entirely bizarre after such
intense discussion of my allergy at booking and
at every opportunity thereafter! I was cooked
penne pasta in a cheese sauce with some
spinach wilted in it in the end at no small cost.
The hotel is beautiful and beds comfortable. The
only problem was there seemed to be no sitting
room for guests and one had to sit in the long
foyer after dinner which, though beautiful, was
infact cold. Overall the loveliness of the hotel
made up for the kitchen/chef/garlic debacle and
the cold foyer and I would still recommend it ~
especially if you have NO allergies!!
