The staff should be made aware of food allergies. My
daughter has an allergy to gluten, the breakfast staff did
not have a clue. The staff should also be familiar with the
surrounding area, one guest if they knew of an Indian
restaurant nearby and they did not, there is one within a
two minute walk.  |

Overall a very nice hotel, very professional reception
staff, a bit aloof but in general very helpful. On arrival
the room had not been properly checked and the TV
was not working with wires hanging lose from the back
however this was rectified quickly |
