It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff in a fabulous
location. We were both over the moon about staying
there and it exceeded our expectations. Would love to

Very convenient for all the tourist and theatre facilities. Was a little disappointed with the breakfast as it said Buffet on booking and didn't notice it was continental on confirmation of the executive room. Work being carried out on restaurant convinced us not to eat in hotel so cannot comment on this service. Staff friendly and helpful which went a long way to the enjoyment of the weekend |

Excellent hotel. Complimentary water, chocolates and toilettries
were a nice touch. Spotlessly clean with comfy bed and pillows.
Well placed under the Shard with London Bridge tube only
minutes away. Lots of shops and bars very close. Ideal for
Tower of London. Definitely stay again. |

The only disappointment was the breakfast, the restaurant has now been taken over by Jamies Italian and the breakfast was nowhere as good as it had been on previous occasions, Was so looking forward to the pancakes with strawberries and maple syrup, but no longer available and too many of the breakfast items, like mushrooms and tomatoes, were drenched with garlic. But the overall stay at the hotel was great. |
