The hotel was really well appointed and the staff friendly - but - would have preferred if someone could have helped us a little with places to eat at short notice in the vicinity, bus routes and times, as well as Thames Clipper info. As such we had an ok meal, eventually worked out the bus routes from the hotel and sorted the clipper but could have possibly done things better. There should be a simple hand out at the hotel advising this in my opinion. Otherwise the hotel was great  |

Room was a good size nicely decorated. Iron and Iron board in room.(very good) kettle and coffee available in room (which is excellent) overall great price for what is on offer |

As a single woman, I did not feel safe concerning the
area where the hotel is located. The surroundings are
very dirty and therefore the price is too high !
