Very freindly staff, upgraded on arrival, rooms very clean and I'm
sure that in summer the Veiws across the park are lovely. Handy
for the restaurants in bayswater and the tube. |

The room was lovely and the deal amazing. I was
upgraded when I arrived which was great as I had had
an awful journey there. The staff were helpful and
friendly throughout my stay. I stay in London a lot and
I think the the service at this hotel is the best I can
remember. |

Booked to coincide with a visit to the theatre. Arrived
at 11am to drop off our bags with no expectation of
being allowed into our room, but not only were we
given our room, we had been upgraded as well. Very
acceptable. Thank you. Good sized bedroom,
enormous bed, small, but brand new bathroom, lots of
hot water... helpful and pleasant staff....we will stay
there again. |
