Accessing our rooms at (first time) 10.30pm was a
guessing game as we had to go to the other building.
Glass doors locked - no staff at doors etc. Probably
could have been told to us more clearly to avoid the
surprise etc. No biggie, but a flavor point you might

Pros - lovelly hotel, stunning views, very modern. Great comfy beds and nice and clean bathroom. Cons - we ordered rooms ervice breakfast as it was my partners birthday, it arrived minus items including champagne that we had ordered, one fork between us, no tablespoons for cereal, missing items off the english breakfast that I had requested, no fruit and milk for the tea and coffee but not for the cereal! We telephoned to inform of this and gradually otems were delivered in a staggered process, but by this time I had washed the fork and we shared it and the time had passed for many items. Check out at 11am was a massive queue to reception which wasn't particualalry fun. They didn't charge us for the breakfast after I complained. Left bags with the concierge after checkout, and enjoyed the lovely spa and swimming pool for an hour and a half afterwards.
