For understated chic this hotel on the banks of the Thames opposite the Tate Britain is a top choice. The rooms are clean and modern and some have spectacular river views stretching all the way to the Houses of Parliament. The very centre of town is quite a walk but the waterside route is pretty and an attraction in itself.

Very clean and comfortable - this is definitely an
upmarket hotel. Breakfast very good and plenty of
choice. The river view room was just like I hoped it
would be - fabulous views of the Thames, Houses of
Parliament and Big Ben, and more. This is a good area
to stay in- near the main attractions, but not overly
busy. Also an ideal spot for walking The Thames Path. |
