A beautiful building perfectly situated for our needs.
Very clean and very quiet despite it's busy location. We
appreciated the generous tea making facilities and the
blackout curtains. Also pleased we could switch off the
air co for the night time. The hotel made a special
weekend more comfortable. |

A beautiful, atmospheric hotel in the heart of London. We were able to walk there from the coach station at Victoria and to the theatre in the evening. Also in walking distance of the iconic sights of London like Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey. St James's Park, Trafalgar Square and many more. It made a stress free and enjoyable weekend for us. Thank you to all at the Grosvenor. |

We enjoyed the location and the staff. unfortunately the
Breakfast team were completely overwhelmed on
Sunday...and service was poor, tables not cleaned away
and loads of dirty plate were still stacked on all the
tables |
