LondonTown customer reviews for The Tower Hotel

    Edited summary of customer comments

At times a victim of its own popularity this hotel hotspot offering “stunning views” directly overlooking Tower Bridge, St Katherine’s Dock and the Thames, combined with “very reasonable” rates, attracts more visitors than it is, perhaps, “equipped to cater for”. Queues at breakfast and check-in, a “busy” lift spanning its “soaring” floors and a “bustling” bar make The Tower a lively, at times “overcrowded” venue. It’s worth opting for an upgrade if you can – make the most of the “amazing skyline” and avoid being landed with one of the more “dated, scruffy” rooms.

Friendly helpful staff made to feel welcome during our visit.. We only had breakfast during our stay but would highly recommend the food. We are visiting London again in June and are looking forward to staying with you again

Entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also a very great location. The room that we had was quite large, airy and bright during the day. At night the lighting left something to be desired - but overall we would stay here again.

The suite was very good quality with lovely views over St Katharine's Dock; particularly pretty at night. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast in the room - the hotel only served Continental breakfast in the room and not Full English.
